Custom Design and Manufacturing (CDM)

Full-service product design and manufacturing to meet your exact requirements. You are the customer expert and provide Phoenix with the market needs analysis, and we provide support through engineering and program management to meet those needs. Our entire process, from design and development, product testing, prototyping, and manufacturing, to shipping and supply logistics — even inventory management if needed — is focused on helping you meet your customers' expectations.

Original Design and Manufacturing (ODM)

Speed time to market by implementing a Phoenix-developed product platform that is fine-tuned to meet your specific requirements. A Phoenix ODM platform provides the benefit of a proven product that can be branded as yours without the time and engineering of a Custom Electronic Design solution.

Contract Manufacturing Service (CMS)

This service allows you to take advantage of our extensive manufacturing expertise. The product design is developed by the customer or a third party, and delivered to us for manufacture in a short timeframe. Bring us your schematic and we do the PCB layout and help you optimize your Approved Vendor List for the PCB components. We can also provide added value through our ability to manufacture your product globally, where it best suits your production needs. Phoenix can also help drive system costs lower through value-added assembly well beyond the PCB assembly.

Off the Shelf (OTS)

Phoenix International offers the ability to implement proven products and rapid embedded development software tools, ranging from hydraulic and engine controls to graphic touch-screen modules. Our Off the Shelf portfolio is especially valuable for smaller OEMs, because it provides proven, tested products in lower volumes with a smaller initial investment than having the product custom designed.
